I'm just holding on a little while till we have more idea what date to expect and the sort of numbers involved. I phoned the London chess center and they suggested a pub called The Harrison on Graze inn rd, which apparently organises chess evenings but i can't find it on streetmap so i it might not be central enouph... If it is a good location though, it might be a good idea to go there as they'll have chess sets 😉

Harrison pub, round the corner from Kings Cross Station!!
Just phoned them, they have boards and clocks!! They also have hotel/hostel facilities for people travelling!!
